The 360 flip, often known as a tre-flip, is a flip trick on a skateboard. The board rotates 360 while doing a flip.
Place your front foot in kick flip stance, at a 45 degree angle about two or more inches from the front bolts
Put the ball of your back foot in the curvature of the tail otherwise known as the concave point.
Tilt your back foot up a little bit; this will help get the spin.
Pop and spin at the same time, then just kick your front foot forward and not out like a kick flip.
Pop and SCOOP the board.
The key to this trick is the scoop. Just try to get underneath the board, but not too much.
After you scoop the board up, at the same time, flick the board with your foot like you would when doing a kickflip.
You will need to jump higher than the board by at least two - three inches.
Watch carefully and wait for the right moment to catch it with your feet and land
Lot's of practice will help you know the right time to catch it.
Land with your knees bent to absorb the impact.
Tips
Try starting on a curb or a ledge so you can get enough height for the rotation of your flip.
You won't get this on your first try. It's a hard trick. So be patient
Try learning 360 shove-its first.
Some people find it easier fakie (going backwards).
Try repositioning your back foot a little.
Also try spreading your feet and trying to kick the board in front of you with your front foot.
it takes a lot of practice so be prepared to fall a few times.
