Return policy

If any merchandise purchased isn't to your complete satisfaction,
return it back to us within 30 days in re sellable condition with proof of purchase for exchange or refund.

If you are shipping product back to us:

Clothing must be unwashed, boards unopened etc.
Shipping costs and the safe arrival (i.e. get insurance) for returns for non-warranty returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number in order to complete your return to us.
You may do so by calling 0450 258 582 or email us at info@scientifikskateboards.com.au
Apply for and fill in a Merchandise Return Form including the Return Authorization Number.

ALL returns must have a Return Authorization Number to be processed.

When we receive the return and have determined that it has not been used, we'll refund you for the full amount, less the shipping charges (unless you are returning the merchandise as a result of our error) and/or restocking fee if it applies to your order. If your purchase was made using a free shipping offer you will be credited back less the actual shipping charges. If the item is an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping costs to ship the exchanged product back to you. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Warranty returns

All items we carry are warranted by the manufacturer against manufacturing defects. In order to return product under warranty you must call us at 0450 258 582 or email us at info@scientifikskateboards.com.au in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will also review your warranty claim at this time to give you an idea whether your product will be replaced or refunded under the manufacturers warranty.

All decks break eventually

The main cause for breakage is improper foot placement when landing on the skateboard. SCIENTIFIK will NOT replace broken skateboard decks or decks with pressure cracks.Deck's how ever that present a manufacturer's defect such as delaminating will be evaluated and refunded or exchanged depending on the evaluation of the deck that it hasn't delaminated due to getting wet or misuse for example.

Shipping your return

Once we have received your claim we will notify you of the required steps to take for return shipping.

Here are a few steps required to begin proceeding with your return

We will email you a return form to begin the process.
Then you will need to pack all items being returned securely in the original package if possible.
You will receive a return authorization number after your claim has been lodged.
Make sure to write your Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of each box or package in a conspicuous place.
Enclose a copy of the original packing list and the Merchandise Return Form (including Return Authorization Number) with the return merchandise.
Be sure to keep the original packing list for your records.
